An energetic story with some very bad/good jokes, and just enough silly Roman-bashing, it's just the sort of thing we Asterix fans love
...furiously funny and hilariously jam-packed with timeless jibes and cracking contemporary swipes, plus an enchanting double-surprise ending. Asterix and the Chariot Race is a sure win and another triumphant addition to the mythic canon for laugh-seekers in general and all devotees of comics.
